Program Description:
Youth as Resources of Allen County is a program of Leadership Fort Wayne. YAR of Allen County gives grants to youth to perform community service projects that meet a need in our community. Projects must be designed and implemented by youth and the youth must be affiliated with a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Youth and adults work together on the projects and serve together on the YAR grants council.

Leadership Fort Wayne is our umbrella organization. We also work closely with the Drug and Alcohol Consortium of Allen County.
