Program Description:
Youth as Resources challenges and equips youth to promote youth philanthropy and community service. It is youth led. Members plan and sponsor fundraisers; offering the money raised as seed grants to other community youth groups interested in community service projects.

Youth plan, advertise and conduct all fundraising events. Youth have received training and experienced how to directly ask a donor prospect for a gift. Youth receive grant writing training from the Community Foundation.
