Program Description:
We provide funding for community service projects to youth in the local area. Youth must be directly involved in all aspects of the service project. There is a committee of 10-12 high school students that screen the grants and make the final decision on the amount of funding to be given to each project.
Total grant amount given each year and number of grants awarded:
Approximately $15,000 - $20,000 is given each year, and anywhere from 20 to 30 grants receive funding.

Youth Resources has an endowment in the amount of $250,000.

Funding is raised from both business and individual donations and grants.
Number of youth and adults involved in the youth philanthropy programs:
Approximately 112,575 youth have been involved in more than 2,310 Make A Difference (formerly called Youth As Resources) grant projects. Overall, 138,650 youth have been involved in all Youth Resources programs.

Jessica Fehrenbacher is the program coordinator for Make A Difference grants and the Evansville Youth Coalition.
