Program Description:
Youth as Resources of Wayne County (YAR) recognizes young people as community assets who are concerned about their community and capable of developing solutions that address community issues. YAR provides grants of up to $500 for youth to design and implement community service projects.

All Wayne County Schools, Boys & Girls Club, 4-H Girls, Inc., Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Richmond Peer Information Center for Teens, Wayne County Peer Helpers, Communities in Schools of Wayne County, Dunne Center, Wayne County Foundation, United Way of Whitewater Valley, Wayne County Sheriff's Department, Faith organizations, Partnership for a Drug Free Wayne County, Wayne County Tobacco Coalition, Cope Environment Center, Indiana University East
